You can place your order with Norvell 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on line at www.norvell.com.
Simply locate the product using selected criteria or enter the part number, choose
your desired quantity and check out.

Shipping
Same day shipping on most domestic orders received by 6:00 pm CST,
Monday through Friday (subject to holidays) for UPS and FedEx deliveries; 3:00 pm
CST for DHL. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the following
Monday.
Shipping / freight charges and insurance will be paid by the customer. All sales
are FOB shipping point, Carrollton, Texas, USA.
A handling charge of $3.95 will be applied to all orders.
Norvell will elect the appropriate carrier to deliver product to the customer on
the date requested. However, if the customer elects to use your own carrier account
you may select from UPS, FedEx and DHL.
Returns
Returns must be completed within 30 days of receipt of product and 90 days if product
is defective. Non standard products are non cancelable and non returnable; NC/NR.
Non standard products are products which are custom orders, special orders, orders
for NC/NR product, orders for modified products and orders for product which is
not normally stocked.
Please email return request to sales@norvell.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) or call 1.800.893.0593. No returns will be accepted without approved RMA number.
Credit will be issued at original price less shipping / freight / handling charges.
Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking charge.
Privacy Policy
Norvell Electronics and its subsidiaries are committed to protecting your privacy.
Norvell maintains the highest ethical standards on the internet. Any information
that you give us about yourself or that we collect is always held with utmost caution
and security.
The information received from you or about you will only be used in the following
ways:
- 1. To make our website easier for you to use by not requiring you to input
your personal information repeatedly.
- 2. To help develop and deliver content that is most relevant to you.
- 3. To contact you when an error has occurred during the use of our website
and resolve the problem quickly.

This information does not describe or identify any individual user.
Norvell Electronics will not share, sell or exchange your personal information to

Payment Terms
Credit Cards: Mastercard, Visa, and American Express.
Open Account: Net 30 days. Can be established by filling out credit application
and submitting 3 US references (creditapp.pdf).
All payments must be paid in US Dollars.
Sales Tax
Sales Tax is only applied to shipments to California and Texas ; unless customer
has open account with a valid signed tax exemption certificate on file. Any sales
tax due that is not collected by Norvell is the responsibility of the customer.
Warranty
Norvell will extend all warranties on materials as provided by manufacturer of the
goods. Norvell warrants that modified or custom products assembled by Norvell shall
be free from defects as it relates to Norvell’s workmanship for a period of one
year from the date of shipment from Norvell to the buyer. If during the warranty
period, the goods should prove defective as determined by Norvell, then Norvell
can, at their discretion, repair or replace the goods.
In no event shall Norvell, manufacturer of goods, their subsidiaries and affiliated
companies, be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages, including
loss of profits, whether or not caused by or resulting from negligence of seller,
unless specifically provided herein. In addition, this warranty shall not apply
to any goods or portions thereof which have been subjected to abuse, misuse and
improper installation, maintenance or operation, electrical failure or abnormal
conditions, and to goods which have been tampered with, altered, modified, repaired
or reworked by anyone not approved by Norvell Electronics.
Norvell Electronics’ warranty herein is in lieu of and excludes all other warranties
of seller and the manufacturer of the goods and their subsidiaries and affiliated
companies, whether expressly implied, statutory or otherwise created under applicable
law including, but not limited to, the warranty of merchantability and the warranty
of fitness for particular purpose or use.
